By Jun Sochi, Managing Director, C&W Services Singapore
As the Singapore F&E market matures and move towards more of an integrated facilities management model, our own business is adapting and changing. Our business now provides more technical expertise, carries more risk and self-delivers more services in an effort to provide innovative solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
Against this larger market backdrop, today we are marking the official rebranding of the facilities and engineering (F&E) arm of our business in Singapore to C&W Services. The adoption of our new name better reflects the diversity of our F&E arm of the business in Singapore as it adapts and grows to meet the changing needs of the industry.
The F&E business is a vital part of Cushman & Wakefield, and establishing C&W Services in Singapore recognizes the importance of our facilities and engineering arm. It also provides us with greater opportunity to cross-sell our services and to work alongside our CRE business to provide a holistic service offering for our clients.
Cushman & Wakefield is the challenger brand disrupting the industry, and creating the C&W Services brand is the next milestone on this journey. Find out more about C&W Services Singapore here.
